Each day of the Pro Football Camp begins with an "Off the Field with the Pros." During these sessions, NFL athletes teach character qualities which relate to football and everyday life.

Examples:

Perseverance:

The NFL athletes share their stories about how endurance and hard work has led them a high level of success.. They motivate these young athletes to strive to work longer and more efficiently than their teammates.  In return they receive more from every practice or work-out.

Confidence:

Preparation coupled with training enables athletes to handle pressure, resulting in confidence..

Goal-oriented: setting goals for improving yourself every day, every season, and having a plan so you know where you are headed. Not just for athletics, but school, life, and character.

Team:

The Pros discuss the value of team - the friendships, the relationships we invest in - what it means to be a team player and how we can accomplish so much more as a team than as individuals.

Integrity:

At the end of everyone's playing days, your friends, teammates and teachers won't necessarily remember the score, your team's record, or how many tackles you got or touchdowns you score, but they will remember whether or not you played with integrity and fairness. It's not whether you win or loose but how you play the game that will stay with you for a lifetime.

The NFL athletes share their experiences and motivate these young athletes to become the very best person they can be.
